It’s five o’clock somewhere. Have you tried one of our delicious specialty drinks?
Here at Pasco Kitchen & Cocktails, our modern day mixologists, or “cheftenders” as we like to call them, are passionate in the art of creating unique cocktails with fresh, local herbs. Our herb-inspired beverages are a refreshing alternative to the ordinary mixed drink.
The same farm-to-table approach, which we value in the selection of produce for our food, is the same approach used in selecting the herbs for our specialty cocktails. We handpick most of these herbs from the Main Gate Square garden behind the restaurant that is beautifully maintained by expert gardeners. Our muddled libations feature a variety of fresh ingredients besides the herbs as well, such as fresh fruit juices, jalapeno and cucumber essences, artfully assembled to create the most delicious cocktails in town.
One of our personal favorites, inspired by the owner’s wife, hence the name “Boss Lady’s Strawberry Fields’ Shift Drink” was one of the first drinks on the menu. A gin based cocktail with our house-made strawberry cordial, bubbles and freshly squeezed lime juice, the combination of sweet and sour is a tasty treat. For those looking for something spicy, try our Father Kino, a tequila based drink with jalapeno-spiced agave nectar, cucumber, cilantro, freshly squeezed lime juice, and finished off with a chili-tamarind rim. You are sure to enjoy the unexpected combination of flavors.
